Comments, Media and Contact Forms
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Currently this site is a static site and we only store customer service contracted related information with c-xo.com and this is limited to company and contact information that is based on a least data storage requirement principle.
Customer contact information is stored after direct engagement and not from this website. In this way, there is no link between website activity and customer service contracted information.
An online document share capability will be available to site visitors willing to engage on contracting services further for the purposes of proposal submissions and quotations. That information will be limited to non-personal and non-confidential information, and has to be uploaded only on agreement with c-xo.com authorised representatives in the required data formatting (encrypted and masked).
No payment data is stored with c-xo.com and should the shopping cart process be completed, payment data remain between purchaser and online payment vendor.
Comments are turned off on all site pages, except for the Blog and Cart user comment fields for which users are requested not to enter private, confidential, or other data that may be considered sensitive and not for public knowledge.

Should a data breach occur, notification will be placed on this website and the interested parties will be informed within 72 hours of confirmation of such breach.
